ABOUT NAT BORCHERS
Hello! Thanks for taking the time to visit my real estate site. I hope I can learn about your real estate needs, but more importantly learn more about you! Here's a little about me:
Nat the Real Estate Investor.
In 2005 I bought my first investment property with my best friend Dave. It was an estate sale and it was in desperate need of updating. We rehabbed it ourselves and owned that property as a rental for 6 years. After that fun experience I was hooked! Since then I’ve gone on to purchase multiple different types of residential & commercial real estate in both Utah and Oregon. I do some flipping but I mostly hold these rental properties as investments. I believe passionately that there is no safer and more consistent investment than real estate.
Nat in the Community.
As passionate as I am about investing in real estate I am equally as passionate about helping others in our community. I am a proud supporter of Habitat for Humanity and was on the board of Habitat Portland/Metro East for 3 years. During that time we helped raise millions dollars to build more than 50 homes for families in the Oregon community. I'm also a proud supporter of Black Lives Matter.
Nat the Professional Soccer Player.
I was fortunate to have a 14-year professional soccer career in which I played for four different professional soccer clubs (Colorado Rapids, Odds BK, Real Salt Lake, and Portland Timbers). I enjoyed being a part of some fantastic teams and won MLS Cups with both Real Salt Lake and the Portland Timbers. Currently, I am a broadcaster for the Portland Timbers and a community ambassador for the club.
Nat the Family Man.
My wife Crystal and I have two incredibly energetic young children named Lincoln and Denley. When not at home cooking or biking around our neighborhood together, we love touring around Oregon to see all of the amazing things this great state has to offer!
Nat the Public Speaker.
Need a pep talk for you group? I love public speaking! Please reach out if you want to book me for your next event.
